As the Marketing Director, you will spearhead all marketing initiatives, aligning them with the company's overall vision to achieve agreed objectives and goals, while ensuring that marketing is recognized as a high-quality service that generates leads and delivers results across various media channels, including traditional, digital, and social platforms, while maximising the potential of automated campaigns. Moreover, you will foster a high-performance environment by managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals, providing clear direction and management, and ensuring the skill set remains relevant and up to date. Most importantly, you will act as the brand champion, unifying the vision across the organisation and safeguarding the brand.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop a long-term plan for the development of the organisation’s brand.
- Work closely with the creative, marketing and sales teams to create advertising campaigns and promotions.
- Develop and understand the budgets for marketing research to inform the organisation’s marketing strategies.
- Coordinate marketing projects from beginning to end.
- Attend meetings, marketing events and conferences.
- Manage relationships with the corporate partners of the organisation.
