Chopstix is expanding and we are looking for a proactive, hands-on NSO Specialist to lead the way in delivering high-impact new store openings across the UK. You will be at the heart of our growth, coordinating multiple projects, coaching teams, and ensuring every new store is operationally ready, customer-focused, and commercially successful. You will lead the NSO and refurbishment countdown, work with Area Managers to support development and readiness of the opening team, and engage with stakeholders to guarantee the development process is delivered. As a performance coach with a new team, you will model best-in-class customer and operational standards and take ownership of investments to ensure pre-, during-, and post-opening activity provides the best platform for success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Project manage 3-4 store openings from setup to handover
- Recruit, train, and coach store teams to deliver exceptional service and food quality
- Collaborate with Area Managers, restaurant managers, and training teams
- Ensure operational readiness, compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Drive performance across our four pillars: People, Quality, Sales, and Profit
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience as a General Manager in QSR, hospitality, or retail
- Strong leadership, coaching, and project management skills
- Passion for food, people development, and operational excellence
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
- Familiarity with training systems (e.g., FLOW, FOURTH, ALERT65) and documentation processes
