New store Opening (NSO) Specialist

We\’re looking for a passionate and organised NSO Specialist to coordinate and deliver high-impact new store openings across the UK. You\’ll be at the forefront of our expansion, managing multiple projects, coaching teams, and ensuring every store is ready to trade with excellence.

What You\’ll Be Doing

  • Project manage 3-4 store openings from setup to handover
  • Recruit, train, and coach store teams to deliver exceptional service and food quality
  • Collaborate with Area Managers, restaurant managers, and training teams
  • Ensure operational readiness, compliance, and customer satisfaction
  • Drive performance across our four pillars: People, Quality, Sales, and Profit
  • What You\’ll Bring

  • Experience as a General Manager in QSR, hospitality, or retail
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and project management skills
  • Passion for food, people development, and operational excellence
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
  • Familiarity with training systems (e.g., FLOW, FOURTH, ALERT65 ) and documentation processes
