MISSION: You will be in charge of generating sales in the UK to important clients whilst improving our gross margin. You will operate from our Chopard Boutique Selfridges in London and you may also be assigned to missions anywhere in the UK, or in the world.
SALES ACTIVITIES IN THE BOUTIQUE
- Sustain and further develop Chopard’s sales in the Boutique
- Exceed individual monthly targets set by the Boutique Manager
- Proactively work on developing sales leads and opportunities
- Negotiate special deals and minimise discount
- Communication with HO and Geneva to source client’s needs
CRM ACTIVITIES
- Ensure extra CRM activities at all times to build loyalty with new contacts
- Client introductions and increasing the client base at the New Bond Street Boutique
- Use of CRM tool (Salesforce)
- Client management: data quality
- Campaigns / opportunities creations
CLIENT PORTFOLIO DEVELOPMENT
- Prospecting and developing new customer business outside the boutique
- Participate in Chopard events when asked
- Use footfall to quickly develop portfolio of clients
- Be ready to fulfil specific missions which can be outside the Boutique
- Develop relationships with UK Chopard Boutiques team members
- Act as ambassador for the brand
- Promoting Chopard brand and products
- Working on your existing portfolio you built throughout your years of experience
- VIP clients management
- Arranging factory visits to Geneva
- Developing a network of business providers including but not limited to: personal shoppers, tour guides, concierge services, chauffeurs, private members clubs, casinos,…
CUSTOMER SERVICE / AFTER-SALES
- Booking in of repairs
- Estimates approvals
- Follow-up with clients
- Closing of repairs
MAINTAIN ALL ASPECTS OF BOUTIQUE OPERATIONS
- Help towards daily / weekly activities of the Boutiques
- Run periodical physical stock inventory as per guidelines
- Completing of sales stats forms and daily sales sheets
- Display activities / Window dressing
- Upkeep of the Boutique cleanliness
- Opening / closures
- Insurance requirements checks / attention to Boutique security
- General administrative work
