Maternity Cover ā Marketing Manager, UKTemporary role for one year starting March/April 2026.
MissionThe Marketing Manager is responsible for shaping and executing the UK marketing strategy across boutiques and retail partners, working closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications UK. This role ensures alignment with the global communication strategy and drives market share growth through initiatives including events, digital marketing, paid social, CRM, direct marketing, promotional activities, selling tools, media planning, budget control, and product launch campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Activities
Define the UK marketing strategy in collaboration with the Head of Marketing & Communications.
Build strong relationships with Harrods and Selfridges , developing joint marketing activities including online campaigns.
Plan and manage events and activations for clients at boutiques and external venues.
Leverage CRM data for marketing purposes and support teams in using CRM tools (social media, Salesforce).
Support Sales team with clienteling and boutique client activities.
Collaborate with the PR team when required.
Digital & E-Commerce
Implement the UK digital marketing strategy across .com, eācommerce, and social platforms to drive traffic and brand visibility.
Manage local relationships with the International Digital Marketing Agency.
Participate in weekly and monthly planning meetings with agency and HQ Digital team.
Support Harrods.com , Selfridges.com , and wholesale accounts with digital campaigns to reach new audiences and optimise content.
Manage digital media in the UK region.
Develop new eācommerce pages and CRM newsletters for local marketing plans.
Handle Salesforce cases and respond to marketing inquiries.
Budget Management
Prepare, implement, and monitor the UK marketing budget in collaboration with the Head of Marketing & Communications, Finance Director, and department heads.
Track and report marketing and event costs across Wholesale, Digital, Print, VM, PR, and other departments.
Advertising
Identify relevant media opportunities in national and local publications.
Analyse media activity and provide insights to HQ on the UK media landscape.
Develop a UK media plan in collaboration with HQ Media and the Head of Marketing & Communications.
Partner with VM teams to ensure the highest standards across boutiques, wholesale, and events.
Align with HQ guidelines for marketing and VM event execution.
Regional CRM Strategy
Develop and execute a local CRM strategy based on regional insights and past learnings.
Suggest new initiatives to support client acquisition, retention, and wināback.
Break down strategy per campaign and boutique, coordinating with HQ Retail & Operations.
Refine segmentation and activation plans for all client segments.
Customer Campaigns & Analysis
Implement and execute CRM campaigns (events, mailings, eāmailings).
Prepare reports and charts on segmentation, profiling, and data capture.
Empower boutiques with campaign tools and processes.
Implement lifecycle CRM tools (Welcome Letters, Birthday mailings, seasonal campaigns).
Track KPIs, evaluate ROI, and recommend improvements.
Database Management
Ensure ongoing data cleaning, integrity, and enrichment.
Grow the customer database through events and partnerships.
Coordinate mailing and eāmailing plans.
Manage ticketing processes within Group deadlines.
Sponsorship
Identify and develop new sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand image in the UK.
