Key Responsibilities

  • Produce all menu items in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications of the company.
  • Actively lead shifts, in support of senior leadership team members while helping to manage budgetary goals.
  • Contribute to a positive team morale through contests and supporting team members on shift.
  • Assist in ensuring the use of fresh, top-quality ingredients while balancing costs daily.

Key Requirements

  • Previous culinary experience in a full-service restaurant or bar with strong culinary production skills.
