Chop and Chip Co is an established events and banqueting operation based across prestigious venues in London and surrounding areas. We are currently seeking a competent Food and Beverage Manager Events to help us on our exciting journey and help drive the business forward.

Based in our offices in South East London you will be responsible for managing catering events for our Corporate customers, weddings, private bookings and street food events.
A varied role with lots of exciting challenges based around good food and bars
This role would suit someone from a hospitality background, either from front of house, the kitchen or conference and banqueting.
This role involves driving to our event locations in our company vehicles so a confident driver is preferred.
A knowledge or experience of fine dining and silver service would be advantageous.
An ability to adapt to changing environments and lead a team
Must have full UK driving licence, ideally for minimum of three years with no more than three points
Management or Supervisory experience from the hospitality sector
Excellent customer communication both written and spoken
Passion for food and ability to be handy in the kitchen as cooking is one of the requirements.
Ability to work under pressure and problem solve
Team player with enthusiasm and drive
Physically strong and able to put event equipment together
Job Type: Full-time
33 days holiday per year including Christmas
Salary: £33,000 per year
