Key job responsibilities:
- Amazon is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist I to join its UK 3P Grocery Partnerships team.
- Working with one of the UK’s most recognizable grocery brands, you will help deliver a high-quality, ultra-fast grocery experience to customers while driving operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- In this role, you sit within the Ops Excellence team acting as a key link between local operations and central teams, to support driving operational improvement and innovation across the UK.
- You will analyse key metrics such as Quality, Speed, and Productivity to support data-driven decision-making and identify opportunities to improve the Grocery Partnership service.
- You will support the team to deliver cross-functional projects, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to implement scalable solutions for merchants that improve operational performance and metrics.
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate thrives in a highly ambiguous environment, demonstrates a strong willingness to learn, and adapts quickly to change.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills are essential, alongside experience using tools such as Excel to interpret data and drive operational improvements.
- Experience or interest in AI tools and emerging technologies is preferred.
- The role will also require regular travel to partner stores to understand operational challenges and support the successful execution of initiatives on site.
