As a Pharmacy Team Leader, you'll play a key role in driving performance and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and motivating your pharmacy team to deliver outstanding service
- Supporting the Pharmacy Manager with day-to-day operations
- Using your initiative to drive performance and add value to the business
- Ensuring the dispensary runs efficiently and meets GPhC standards
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Dispensing (Level 2 considered)
- Previous experience working in a dispensary
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Supervisory experience in pharmacy or retail (e.g. previous store/assistant manager)
- Ambitious professionals ready to grow - we love to promote from within!
This position is a one year Maternity contract from the end of April.
