Responsibilities:

  • Support the pharmacy team with counter sales and stock replenishment.
  • Deliver exceptional service across both the pharmacy counter and dispensary.
  • Ensure customers and patients are served with care, efficiency, and professionalism.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and merchandising.

Qualifications & Attributes:

  • Either NVQ Level 2 in Dispensing (or equivalent) OR a keen interest in healthcare to begin a pharmacy career as a trainee pharmacy assistant.
  • No prior experience required – just a passion for healthcare and customer service.
  • A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work well in a team or independently.
  • Confidence to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about learning and open to training in additional services.

Location: Congleton

Hours & Salary:

  • 8 hours per week. We would like somebody to be available for a minimum of 2 shifts of 4 hours per week.
  • Alternatively, you could be asked to work one full day some weeks but must have more than 1 day’s availability.
  • Some days may include a Saturday.
  • Salary: £14.20 per hour (Dispenser) / Up to £13.00 per hour depending on age (Trainee pharmacy assistant).
