Responsibilities
- Teach and coach swimmers of all ages, helping them develop water confidence and progress through their stages.
- Deliver one-to-one lessons or group sessions, tailoring instruction to individual needs.
- Motivate and engage children, ensuring they enjoy their lessons and reach key milestones.
- Work in line with ASA (or equivalent) standards, ensuring a high-quality teaching environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and condition of swim equipment, ensuring a safe and welcoming poolside environment.
- Liaise with parents, keeping them updated on their child's progress and achievements.
