The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This role will execute the sales plan to deliver maximum revenue potential. You will manage the engagement of customers and present the value and impact of our services to prospective customers. You will also be involved in sales forecasting to achieve targets while creating a good customer experience and satisfaction. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be part of a customer-fronting team within an education services company.
Responsibilities
- Reach out and engage parents and students about our products and services through various communication channels such as telesales, messaging, etc.
- Discover, analyze and identify the customer requirements.
- Promptly follow up on lead inquiries and personalize the message to each customer.
- Present the unique value of our services, tailoring them to achieve the needs of the prospective customers.
- Provide excellent customer services, resulting in a strong referral or word of mouth.
- Involve in developing an individual sales plan to effectively build a pipeline and generate top-line revenue growth.
- Work to achieve monthly sales targets as well as track sales goals and results.
- Update all sales and follow-up activities in the sales reporting tool efficiently.
- Feedback to the management on ways to optimize lead channels and close the customers.
- Work with marketing to generate content and traffic for our social media channels.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (Majority of customers are from China).
- Passion for direct sales, telesales, or telemarketing experience, preferably within the education or ed-tech space.
- Experience in developing new opportunities, closing sales, and exceeding the target-driven environment, focusing on B2C customers (e.g. young learners, parents, and their guardians).
- Comfortable with cold-calling, self-sourcing, and following through on leads.
- Demonstrated success in achieving ambitious sales goals.
- You are energetic, hungry for success, and achievement-oriented while being empathetic, engaging, and consultative to our customers.
- Good degree from a reputable university.
