Registered Manager

Job Reference: JA202303

Full time, Permanent role – 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £36,048 – £42,390 gross per annum (depending on experience)

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 5 or equivalent, or equivalent experience
  • Understood regulatory responsibilities of a Registered Manager and the law relating to residential care services
  • At least 2 years operational management experience in a health and social care setting
  • Comprehensive understanding of women’s trauma and commitment to trauma‑informed practice
  • Knowledge of safeguarding issues and ability to respond appropriately to concerns
  • Knowledge of systems to maintain confidentiality for residents, staff and organisation

Responsibilities

  • Create strong, credible leadership and promote a clear vision for the future
  • Motivate and communicate with staff, build professional partnerships, implement clear processes and systems
  • Apply a high level of resourcefulness and flexibility to work within a rapidly changing organisation
  • Maintain high standards of regulatory compliance and safeguarding
  • Support residents in breaking addiction and becoming the best mother they can be
