We collaborate closely with local authorities, healthcare providers, and care professionals to deliver outcome-focused care.
Working hours
Our service provides care 7 days a week between 07:00 – 22:00. We welcome applicants who seek both full‑time and part‑time hours. Please indicate your preference of working days and hours on the prescreen application form. (These are broken down into morning – 7am‑3pm, teas and beds – 3pm‑10pm, full days or weekends only.)
We’re proud to offer flexible zero‑hour contracts where you can choose to work as many hours as you’d like.
Note: this role is paid for care delivery time only, with mileage between calls reimbursed at 30p per mile. This is not a block pay position.

Key Responsibilities of a Care Worker
- Supporting individuals with personal care needs such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
- Assisting with medication administration and documentation in line with care plans.
- Preparing meals and assisting with eating and drinking where required.
- Promoting independence and encouraging service users to engage in daily living tasks.
- Building positive relationships with individuals and their families.
- Supporting emotional well‑being and recognising signs of distress or changes in behaviour.
- Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in the home.
- Respecting confidentiality and always maintaining professional boundaries.
