Choices Homecare are seeking compassionate Domiciliary Care Workers for our locations across the Doncaster region. Supporting individuals to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own home and community, empowering them to live the life they choose. If you can demonstrate a compassionate, caring and ‘can do’ attitude then join a team that values people always.
We’re proud to be part of the Optimo Care Group that supports service users across the UK with over 1,500 dedicated employees and a strong presence across multiple regions. We collaborate closely with local authorities, healthcare providers, and care professionals to deliver outcome-focused care.
Working hours: Our service provides care 7 days a week between 07:00 – 22:00. We welcome applicants who seek both full-time and part-time hours. Please indicate your preference of working days and hours at the 1st point of contact with our colleagues. We’re proud to offer flexible zero-hour contracts where you can choose to work as many hours as you’d like. To keep things fair for everyone, we ask for a minimum of 20 hours each week, with every other weekend included. You’ll work on a simple 2-week rolling rota, so you’ll always know your schedule in advance.
