Choices Healthcare is an established and busy health and social care organisation that supplies a variety of healthcare staff to the NHS, various local authorities, and private clients alike. In addition, we provide supported living accommodations and both internal and external healthcare training. We currently operate across Southeast England with scope for expansion.
Responsibilities
- To ensure the safe, effective and efficient delivery of care
- Develop and manage care plans
- Carry out assessments, spot checks, reviews and write up of reports
- Act as liaison between service users, NoKs, healthcare and contract providers
- Schedule staff rotas and manage the day-to-day operations of a care service
- Be willing and able to carry out hands-on care as dictated by the needs of the service
- To manage the on-call phone one week in every four weeks
- To carry out any other work related duties as required by the service
Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years' experience within Healthcare
- Ideally have at least NVQ level 2 in Health and Social care
- Possession of a driving licence and vehicle is vital
- A good attitude to work as well as flexibility are essential for this position, as you will be predominantly based working in the community
