Choices Healthcare is an established health and social care organisation that supplies a variety of healthcare staff to the NHS, local authorities and private clients, and provides supported living accommodations and internal and external healthcare training. We currently operate across Southeast England with scope for expansion.

Our Southend branch is looking for Care Assistants to provide high‑quality community care. Shifts are typically 7 am‑2 pm and 4 pm‑10 pm, and a full driving licence with own car is required as the role is primarily community‑based. Mileage contribution is offered.

Your responsibility as a Carer is to deliver personalised care that allows clients to lead independent lives. This includes personal care and household management as outlined in a Service User Care Plan, while respecting clients’ dignity, privacy and choice and promoting independence.

We offer free training to the right candidates, and a referral programme for previous staff. Rate of pay is £13–£14 per hour. Successful candidates will receive an enhanced DBS check and we welcome CoS transfers, subject to conditions.
