We are currently recruiting compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to join our team in the Leicester area. Whether you are experienced or new to care, we provide full training, making this a great opportunity to start or develop your career in health and social care.

As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals living in the community. You will help service users maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life through high-quality home care and rehabilitation support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver flexible home care services tailored to individual care plans
  • Support clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist with mobility and daily living skills to promote independence
  • Observe and report changes in clients’ wellbeing to care coordinators
  • Build positive relationships and encourage participation in activities
  • Support the use of mobility aids and rehabilitation equipment (training provided)
  • Work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals
  • Assist with light domestic duties such as laundry and bed making
  • Support clients transitioning home from hospital where required
