We are currently recruiting compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to join our team in the Leicester area. Whether you are experienced or new to care, we provide full training, making this a great opportunity to start or develop your career in health and social care.
As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals living in the community. You will help service users maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life through high-quality home care and rehabilitation support.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver flexible home care services tailored to individual care plans
- Support clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and daily living skills to promote independence
- Observe and report changes in clients’ wellbeing to care coordinators
- Build positive relationships and encourage participation in activities
- Support the use of mobility aids and rehabilitation equipment (training provided)
- Work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals
- Assist with light domestic duties such as laundry and bed making
- Support clients transitioning home from hospital where required
- A caring, patient, and reliable nature
- Good communication and teamwork skills
