Choices and Rights Disability Coalition in Hull is seeking two female Personal Assistants to support a 15-year-old non-verbal girl during school holidays. Each PA will work 4 hours per week, together providing a total of 8 hours, in and out of the home, with wheelchair assistance in the community.
You will help with personal care, continence needs, and getting ready for swimming, and you may accompany her on car journeys and outings while minimising risk.
