Job Description
We are seeking an energetic PA who enjoys gaming and has similar interests in life with this 13-year-old male who is looking for a special person to build a companionship and enjoy days out.
The ideal PA will be kind and caring and be able to build a good relationship of trust with the young male with autism. He can communicate well, is very talkative and friendly once he builds a relationship and gets to know someone. He enjoys gaming and interacting with others online, and needs a PA that will help him access the community and experience of the outside. He enjoys outings to the local park, going to farms and horse‑riding, and would also like to go to the cinema and have food with the PA. The young male has a cat whom he loves to spend time with when he is at home.
Owing to the nature of this position, any offer of employment will be subject to a satisfactory checking report from the Disclosure and Barring Service, the cost of which will be met by the local authority/employer.
