Choices and Rights Disability Coalition is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support a young lady with ADHD, autism and Tourette’s in the HU2 area of Hull. You will accompany her to daycentre, activities and medical appointments, and provide some personal care and companionship.
The role is casual hours with two sleepovers weekly; a current driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred to enable transport for daily routines and outings.
