A PA is required for a 38‑year‑old man who is a Rugby League fan (Hull KR) and a family man with two young boys. The role supports daily living and activities throughout the week. He is looking for a reliable, trustworthy, outgoing PA with similar interests who can integrate well into our lives.
Responsibilities
- Take him to appointments and activities (acupuncture, motion rehab gym, massage therapy, etc.)
- Prepare and feed meals
- Administer medication
- Support exercise and stretches
- Provide personal care such as washing, dressing and toilet needs (where appropriate)
Qualifications
- Awareness of MND and experience in safe movement and handling
- Training or willingness to be trained in:
- Gastrostomy care (RIG feeding and maintenance)
- Nutricia feeding systems
- Non‑invasive ventilation
- Cough assist techniques
- Suctioning procedures
Reliable DBS check; cost covered by the local authority.
