A PA is required for a 38‑year‑old man who is a Rugby League fan (Hull KR) and a family man with two young boys. The role supports daily living and activities throughout the week. He is looking for a reliable, trustworthy, outgoing PA with similar interests who can integrate well into our lives.

Responsibilities

  • Take him to appointments and activities (acupuncture, motion rehab gym, massage therapy, etc.)
  • Prepare and feed meals
  • Administer medication
  • Support exercise and stretches
  • Provide personal care such as washing, dressing and toilet needs (where appropriate)

Qualifications

  • Awareness of MND and experience in safe movement and handling
  • Training or willingness to be trained in:
  • Gastrostomy care (RIG feeding and maintenance)
  • Nutricia feeding systems
  • Non‑invasive ventilation
  • Cough assist techniques
  • Suctioning procedures

Reliable DBS check; cost covered by the local authority.
