ACX692 A team of Personal Assistants needed for a rugby loving young man in the HU8 area.
A young man in the Holderness Road area of the city requires the support of a Personal Assistant. The young man is 21 and has Autism and Learning Difficulties. He requires 2:1 so you would be working as part of a team You’ll be working under the direction of Mum but the young man is able to express his own needs and wishes. He is warm and funny with a great sense of humour.
The PA’s will help the young man access social activities in his community. He enjoys swimming, bowling, going to the cinema and playing on the arcades. He has no safety awareness so precautions will need to be taken when out and about, the PA’s will need to work together to ensure appropriate measures are in place. He also likes to be at home playing on his Play Station and he loves watching cartoons. Experience is not essential as training will be given.
