Job Summary: The Trainee Housing Officer will work with the Housing Team to assist in the delivery of effective and efficient housing management and customer services. The posts are permanent positions and entail a 2 year training programme during which the appointee will be required to attain a CIH Level 4 Certificate in Housing. Upon completion of the programme and subject to satisfactory performance, the trainee will be appointed as a Housing Officer within the Association.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Housing Team in delivering housing management and customer services, while completing the required training and certification.
Qualifications:
- Proof of essential qualifications and documentary evidence of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
- Commitment to adhere to the Access NI Code of Practice/Service Level Agreement and policy on recruitment of ex-offenders.
