This full-time role involves teaching girls’ PE and supervising girls’ changing rooms, ensuring a safe, positive, and engaging environment. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality lessons, inspire participation, and contribute to the school’s strong sporting culture. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging PE lessons to girls across KS3–KS4 (and KS5 if required). Supervise students in girls’ changing rooms before and after lessons. Plan, assess, and track student progress. Promote healthy lifestyles, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Contribute to extracurricular sport, clubs, and fixtures. Support schoolwide behaviour, safeguarding, and wellbeing standards. Person Specification Essential: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification. Strong PE subject knowledge. Confident in motivating and engaging students. Strong communication and organisational skills. Commitment to safeguarding. Desirable: Secondary PE teaching experience. Sports coaching qualifications.
