Salary: £34,069 - £46,940 per annum (Main Pay Scale, depending on experience)

Choice Teachers are currently recruiting for a Year 2 Class Teacher to join a vibrant, highly inclusive, and welcoming primary school set in a historic site in the heart of Watford, starting after the October half-term break.

The Role

Teach a Year 2 class across the Key Stage 1 curriculum, utilising creative and engaging learning approaches.

Plan and deliver well-structured, inspiring lessons that cater to a rich diversity of backgrounds and learning needs, including pupils with EAL.

Support pupils' academic growth, resilience, and personal development.

Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to ensure strong progress across all abilities.

Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment that fosters curiosity, kindness, and ambition.

Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team and contribute positively to the wider life of the school community.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a teacher who:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
