Choice Teachers (GCA Framework member) is seeking a Payroll Administrator to support a busy educational institution in Watford. The role focuses on accurate and timely payroll delivery, ensuring compliance and high standards of administrative accuracy throughout the contract period.
Responsibilities
- Processing end-to-end payroll for a diverse staff base.
- Ensuring data integrity and maintaining confidential employee records.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll queries.
- Assisting with statutory reporting and compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a dedicated Payroll Administrator role.
- Strong numerical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively to tight deadlines.
- Preferred: Prior experience with iTrent payroll software.
- Preferred: Knowledge of the Teachers' Pensions scheme.
- Vetting: Candidates must be willing to undergo full safeguarding checks, including an Enhanced DBS disclosure.
