Choice Teachers are currently working with several secondary schools in Camden who are seeking a reliable and motivated Teaching Assistant for full-time positions. This Teaching Assistant role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants to support students in achieving their full potential.
The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with teachers and support staff to help students stay engaged in lessons and access the curriculum effectively.
Responsibilities
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Work with individual students and small groups to support learning
- Help maintain a positive and structured classroom environment
- Support students with behaviour, engagement and organisation
- Assist with classroom preparation and learning resources
- Provide additional support for students who require extra help
