What We're Looking For
We want someone who bringsenergy, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
You could be an experienced Teaching Assistant, an aspiring teacher, a recent graduate, or someone with valuable experience working with children or young people.
Most importantly, you will be:
- Passionateabout education and supporting young people
- Positive, enthusiastic and energetic
- Confident working as part of a busy school team
- Patient, caring and able to build strong relationships with pupils
- Adaptable and willing to get stuck in
- Reliable, professional and committed
- Able to create a positive and encouraging learning environment
- Have a Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
Experience working in a school or education setting is desirable, but we're also interested in candidates with transferable experience and the right attitude.
