The Role
As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will support teaching and learning across mainstream secondary schools, delivering lessons and maintaining a positive classroom environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons and supporting students' learning.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and confidently.
- Maintaining a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Following school policies, safeguarding procedures and behaviour expectations.
- Providing feedback to school staff following lessons.
- Adapting to different school environments and building positive relationships with students and colleagues.
Who We're Looking For

- Qualified teachers with QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experienced in teaching within a secondary school setting, or ECTs looking to build experience.
