About the Role
- Support children with SEMH needs across Key Stages, both in and out of the classroom
- Build strong, trusting relationships to help pupils feel safe and ready to learn
- Work 1:1 or with small groups to support emotional regulation, engagement and academic progress
- Implement tailored strategies, de-escalation techniques and behaviour support plans
- Work closely with teachers, therapists and pastoral staff to promote positive outcomes
About You
- Has experience supporting children or young people with SEMH, challenging behaviour or additional needs
- Remains calm, patient and consistent under pressure
- Is confident in promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Can work collaboratively as part of a committed SEN team
