Choice Teachers are currently working with a primary school in Fulham who are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to support pupils across KS1 and KS2.
The school is looking for a qualified KS1 Teacher / KS2 Teacher / Primary School Teacher who can deliver engaging lessons, maintain high expectations and support pupils in making strong academic progress.
QTS is essential for this position.
About the Primary Teacher Role
- Teach across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Primary Curriculum
- Teach core subjects including English, Maths and Science
- Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of individual pupils
- Assess and monitor pupil progress
- Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and other members of staff
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and parents
- Support pupils academically, socially and emotionally
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold UK QTS - essential
- Have experience teaching within KS1 and/or KS2
- Have strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
- Have good classroom and behaviour management skills
- Be confident planning, teaching and assessing independently
- Be enthusiastic, organised and reliable
- Have strong communication skills
- Be passionate about supporting children to achieve their potential
