The Role
- Teaching History to secondary-aged pupils.
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons across the History curriculum.
- Supporting students' progress, behaviour and classroom participation.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Working collaboratively with other teaching staff to maintain high educational standards.
Requirements
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is ideally preferred.
- Experience teaching History at secondary level.
- An Enhanced DBS certificate is highly desirable; applicants must meet the school's safeguarding and compliance requirements.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
