Choice Teachers are currently recruiting experienced and confident Cover Supervisors to work across a variety of Secondary Schools in South West and South East London. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with recent UK classroom experience who are looking for flexible supply work, daily cover, or longer-term opportunities within education.
The Role:
- Supervising whole classes during teacher absences
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and confidently
- Ensuring safeguarding and student welfare are always a priority
- Supporting students with their learning and engagement
- Adapting quickly to different school settings and environments
- Providing clear feedback to teaching staff following lessons
What We’re Looking For:
- Recent experience working within UK Secondary Schools
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Confident, adaptable and professional approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
- DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
- Enthusiastic, reliable and passionate about education
