Bespoke Education are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to work in a friendly, inspiring and supportive Secondary School from September 2026. We welcome applications from experienced professionals in the care sector, residential care, nursing, support work, childcare, youth work, and other roles where supporting and empowering others is at the heart of what you do. The Role
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Work closely with pupils on a one-to-one or small group basis
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Encourage student confidence, progress, and wellbeing
- Provide classroom support across a variety of age groups and abilities
What We're Looking For
- A positive, proactive, and caring attitude
