The Role
As a SEND Teacher, you will:
- Deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons tailored to meet individual SEND needs.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom where every pupil feels valued.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues to maximise learning outcomes.
- Encourage confidence, independence, and personal growth in every child.

What We're Looking For
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Has experience teaching children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
- Brings energy, creativity, patience, and resilience to every classroom.
- Is committed to delivering outstanding education for every learner.
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
