Lunchtime Supervisor in Liverpool

Choice Teachers are recruiting Lunchtime supervisors for a school in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising students in the canteen when collecting their meals and will need to have a confident and positive approach to dealing with all students. You will be responsible for ensuring students' security, safety and good conduct throughout the lunch and break period. There would also be chances to work in a classroom setting as a Teaching assistant or Cover Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising students in the dining hall and understanding safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures.
• Ability to work on the tills whilst the students get their meals from the canteen.
• At the end of breaks and lunch, you will need to assist in cleaning for the next day.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A flexible approach and able to work as part of a team.
• Commitment to safeguarding.

Requirements:

• Confidence supervising groups of students independently.
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach.
• An up-to-date CV covering your full employment history (including any gaps).
• The right to work in the UK.
• Two professional references.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
