Ready to Teach Where It Truly Matters?

If you're passionate about transforming lives, building meaningful relationships and delivering engaging lessons that inspire confidence, this could be the career move you've been searching for.
This isn't just another teaching role. It's an opportunity to become part of a team that changes futures.
Why teachers love Bespoke Education
Bespoke Education have an amazing opportunity to inspire others in a School, providing specialist alternative provision for secondary-aged pupils who have experienced, or are currently experiencing, challenges within mainstream education.
The school puts the students at the heart of everything they do. Through a personalised curriculum, engaging enrichment opportunities and tailored interventions, they ensure young people rebuild confidence, develop resilience and rediscover a love of learning.
Why Join Bespoke Education?
This is a role where you'll see the impact of your work every single day.
You'll benefit from:
- A supportive, close-knit team that genuinely cares about staff wellbeing.
- Small class sizes allowing you to focus on individual progress.
- The freedom to teach creatively and adapt lessons to meet students' needs.
- Ongoing CPD and career development opportunities.
- The opportunity to transform lives, not just deliver lessons.
The Role
As our English Teacher, you'll inspire students to develop literacy, communication and critical thinking skills in a nurturing and supportive environment.
You'll create engaging, accessible lessons that encourage curiosity, build confidence and celebrate every achievement—no matter how small.
Working closely with pastoral staff and colleagues, you'll help shape personalised learning journeys that enable students to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
We're Looking For Someone Who...
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Understands the barriers some young people face in education and is committed to helping them overcome them.
- Builds positive, trusting relationships with students.
- Brings energy, creativity and resilience into the classroom.
- Has high expectations and believes every young person can succeed.
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Experience within alternative provision, SEND or SEMH settings is welcomed but not essential. We value attitude, passion and the ability to inspire above all else.
More Than a Teaching Job
In this role, success isn't measured solely by exam results:
It's the student who walks into school smiling for the first time.
The learner who finally believes in themselves.
The young person who discovers their potential because someone refused to give up on them.
That someone could be you.
