The Role
- Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons across relevant year groups
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
- Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the wider school community
- Uphold the school's child-centred values and high standards
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Positive behaviour management skills
- A passion for inspiring young learners
- A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
