The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment when teachers are unavailable.
You’ll be responsible for delivering pre-prepared work, supervising students, managing classroom behaviour and ensuring lessons continue smoothly.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Confident and comfortable leading a classroom
- Enthusiastic, energetic and engaging
- Able to build positive relationships with young people
- Calm, professional and consistent when managing behaviour
- Reliable, organised and committedPassionate about education and supporting student progress
- Ideally experienced within a school or youth setting — althoughstrong candidates from other backgrounds are encouraged to apply
