The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting classroom teachers and helping pupils achieve their full potential. This position is perfect for someone who is proactive, enjoys working with children, and is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
- Providing 1:1 and small group support to boost pupil progress.
- Encouraging independent learning and building pupil confidence.
- Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
What We Are Looking For
- A supportive and reliable individual with a genuine passion for education.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with children quickly.
- A proactive approach to classroom management and pupil welfare.
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage, but we are also keen to hear from motivated individuals with a background in childcare, youth work, or mentoring.
