Choice Teachers are working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Welwyn Garden City to recruit a dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher. This is a full‑time teaching position starting on a temporary basis, with potential opportunities for long‑term or permanent placement for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high‑quality lessons for Key Stage 1 pupils
- Support pupils in developing core literacy, numeracy, and phonics skills

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching across Year 1 or Year 2
- Experience delivering phonics programmes and supporting early reading development
