A well-regarded secondary school in Mill Hill is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Chemistry Teacher to join their Science department from September 2026 until December 2026. This is a flexible opportunity, with the school able to consider candidates available for either 4 or 5 days per week. There is also the potential for the position to become permanent for the right candidate.
The Role:
- Teaching Chemistry across Key Stages 3, 4 and potentially Key Stage 5
- Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
- Assessing, monitoring and supporting student progress
- Contributing positively to a collaborative Science department
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Chemistry in a UK secondary school
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
- A commitment to raising achievement and inspiring students
