GCSE Dance & PE Teacher – September 2026 | 3 Days per Week | Until October Half Term

Choice Teachers are currently recruiting on behalf of a secondary school for a qualified GCSE Dance Teacher who is also able to teach Core PE. This is a part-time opportunity, working Monday to Wednesday, starting in September 2026 and continuing until October half term (23rd October 2026).

The Role:

  • Qualified GCSE Dance Teacher
  • Teaching GCSE Dance and Core PE
  • 3 days per week (Monday to Wednesday)
  • September 2026 start
  • Long-term placement until 23rd October 2026
  • Planning, marking and assessment responsibilities included where required
  • Supportive department and leadership team

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Hold QTS, ECT or NQT status
  • Have experience teaching GCSE Dance and Core PE at secondary level
  • Be confident delivering engaging and practical lessons
  • Be committed to raising attainment and pupil progress
  • Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents and colleagues
  • Be willing to contribute to the wider school community
