What We Are Looking For:
- Qualifications: Degree in Psychology with QTS, QTLS, or extensive experience teaching Psychology at Secondary/Sixth Form level (ECTs welcome).
- Curriculum Knowledge: Experience delivering A‑Level or GCSE Psychology curriculum (AQA, OCR, or Edexcel).
- Classroom Management: Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and manage students effectively.
- Mobility: Full UK driving licence preferred (or access to reliable transport) to travel to schools in the local area.
- Safeguarding: A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
