What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and inspiring your room team to create a fun, engaging and safe learning environment
- Planning exciting activities that support every child’s learning and development through play
- Acting as a key person, building strong bonds with children and supporting their individual progress
- Working closely with parents and carers to provide the very best care and communication
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery while maintaining high standards in line with EYFS and safeguarding
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Childcare Qualification
- Previous experience in an early years setting
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
- A positive, caring and enthusiastic approach
