The Role

Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the school's curriculum.

Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Manage classroom behaviour effectively.

Adapt teaching to meet pupils' individual learning needs.

Follow lesson plans and ensure continuity of learning.

Promote the safety, wellbeing and development of all pupils.
Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualifications, as required.

Strong classroom management and communication skills.

A flexible, positive and professional attitude.

A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to undergo the necessary safeguarding checks.
