We are looking for a supportive and motivated Team Manager to join our team in Biggleswade. This role is all about making a real difference to people’s lives.
As a Team Manager, you will
make sure people get the right support in a way that works for them. You will do this by keeping support plans up to date, making sure they reflect what people want and need, and help them build confidence, learn new skills, and live as independently as possible.

work closely with the management team to keep things running smoothly to ensure the best support is provided, from planning rotas and recruiting new team members to making sure there are enough staff in place to meet people’s needs.
