Employed Physiotherapist – MSK Specialist
We are excited to be expanding our friendly, patient-focused team at Choice Physio in Sawbridgeworth, Hertfordshire. Following our recent move into a brand-new, larger clinic, we now have state-of-the-art facilities including private treatment rooms and a fully equipped in-house rehabilitation studio.
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join us in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to a wide range of patients – from everyday MSK conditions to complex sports injuries.

The Role
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of Musculoskeletal conditions with confidence and compassion.
- Create and discuss tailored treatment plans with patients, ensuring they feel empowered and involved in their recovery.
- Record accurate clinical notes using our electronic system.
- Work independently while also collaborating within our supportive team.
- Manage a varied caseload, including liaising with doctors, consultants, and other healthcare professionals when required.
- Contribute to CPD sessions and represent the clinic at local events or informative talks.
- Opportunities to work in different settings, including care home visits, flexible daytime hours, and evening/weekend MSK clinics.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:

- Skilled in anatomy, physiology, and manual therapy.

Essential Criteria
- BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy
- HCPC and CSP registered
- Based in the UK (we are unable to provide sponsorship)
- Friendly, motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality care
Desirable (but not essential)
- Acupuncture / dry needling qualification (or interest in completing one)
- Previous experience treating private MSK patients
