Choice is seeking to recruit two Senior Maintenance Surveyors to act as lead technical advisers on property matters to a defined area housing management team, managing complex repairs and maintenance issues, overseeing compliance, and supporting the Area Manager in the delivery of the day-to-day repairs and planned maintenance service.

Essential criteria:
- Minimum of HND in Building Studies or equivalent
- Minimum of five years experience of competently:
- Diagnosing complex property defects and producing costed work schedules and specifications
- Drafting and managing construction contracts
- Managing contracts and contractors
- Writing reports on technical matters for non-technical staff
- Using Integrated housing management systems
- Using core Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
